Your organization’s data stays confidential
When you record your AI tools, risks and policies, you are writing down your organization’s weak points. We treat that data accordingly.
Encrypted at rest
Tool descriptions, risk descriptions and mitigations, policy texts and readiness answers are stored encrypted in the database. A copy of the database alone does not reveal them.
Only your own managers
Each organization has its own workspace. Only the owner and the managers you invite can see it; regular staff cannot.
Our staff have no access either
The AI STANDARD admin panel has no screen for viewing organizations’ tools, risks or policies. Support sees counts only, never the content.
Never sold or shared
Your organization’s data is never sold, never shared with any other person or company, and never used to train any AI model.
Every change is logged
Every addition, edit or deletion in your workspace is recorded with the user and time, without storing the confidential text in those records.
Deleted on request
Whenever you ask through the contact page, your workspace and all its data are deleted.
An honest note
The encryption key lives on our server, because the platform has to read your texts to build your reports. Encryption protects the data against unauthorised database access; our staff are kept out by having no screen that shows this data. If your organization needs data never to leave its own network, we can discuss installing it on your own servers under the Enterprise plan.
