Privacy policy

AI STANDARD processes your information only to deliver services, respond to requests and improve the platform.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, job title and organization
• Form submissions: consultation, assessment and event requests
• Learning data: enrollments, progress, exam results and certificates
• Readiness assessment answers and organization workspace data (inventory, risks, policies)

How we protect it

• Assessment answers, internal notes and sensitive data are stored encrypted.
• Each organization's data is visible only to that organization's managers.
• AI STANDARD staff access is restricted, logged and for support only.

Retention and deletion

• Anonymous assessments not linked to an account or request are deleted after 12 months.
• You can request deletion of your account and data via the contact page.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and share it with third parties only to deliver the service (such as email, SMS or payments).

Certificate verification

The Verify Certificate page shows only the holder's name, course, dates and status — never email or score.
