What is it?
The OECD AI Principles were adopted in 2019 and updated in 2024. They set values such as respect for human rights, transparency, robustness and security, and accountability for trustworthy AI.
Why does it matter?
They are the shared vocabulary of many frameworks and laws and a good starting point for an organization’s AI values and policy.
